Stages of Kundalini Yoga-Dance Class

A Kundalini Yoga-Dance class breaks down into various stages, order which detox and awaken the Kundalini Shakti. In this practice we arouse the sleeping (illuminated) force, viagra order coiled at the base of the spine, and send it to the head to initiate enlightenment and/or higher consciousness.


OPENING
Allow people to arrive in body. There is an intro to “pulse/heartbeat/rhythm” as the breath awareness begins. Mantra and a Mudra is introduced and practiced together for connect and create centering.

WARM UP WITH THE PULSE
Gently, yet quickly opening up the body to warm up muscles and spine. Introducing the movement, heartbeat of the movements as a pulse

PRANAYAM/MEDITATION
The first break in our movement to come into a pranayam exercise and invigorate and expand the capacity of the breath to recharge the cells. The more we move, the deeper the silence is when we come into this “break”.

PRANAYAM/MEDITATION
Another round of breath-work, to go deeper into cleansing the mind/body and going into the inner stillness and unique connection with the divine.

THE DANCE PEAK
This is the height of the class. Encouraging guided dance choreography to let go, with sounds, eye connections and visualization. Improvised movements are inspired to create more vitality and rejuvenation in this stage.

FREEFORM DANCE

Welcome guidance from angles, higher self. The culmination of the stages so far, bring us into prayerful movement, where body and breath are leading, and mind rests. Take your hair down for this one, as you will feel freedom, flowing feelings, and wild expressions.slider
GODDESS EMBODIMENT
Slow gentle movements to bring us onto a moving meditation and allowance for the body to express itself into bliss. Welcoming the blessings of the Goddesses and mergence with our leading Guide for this moment.

Yoga of devotion, Bhakti is practiced with the Divine Feminine leading the way. In this stage we practice mantra and movement together, with connections to self and the collective.
