Hemalayaa takes you through three building blocks for creating a world of integrity. 

We shift the sabotaging mind. The one who keeps us from connection to our highest self. We learn to become ninja-like for the inner self-doubts and fears and step into being unstoppable.

We discuss the distinctions of being self-centered vs. being centered in self and being childish vs. child-Like.  We become crowned in our Queen self, versus princess.

You will release your old belief systems which have prevented you from standing in your full worth. The subconscious is a powerful multi-tasker, and can play an incredible role in your transformation. (We give our subconscious mind the work of clearing the emotional baggage in our bodies, minds and energetic field, so it gets handled.) The main exercises leap us into the inner power of letting the past go, and embracing the energized presence. How much can you love yourself — keeping a practice of moving your energy/emotions on a regular basis. Making a commitment to this and what that looks like.

You’ll be guided to open some internal dream/desire creative caves that have been closed for some time and shine some intentional light on them. You’ll be clear about what you want to fulfill your purpose, and make goals for these to be in your “now-reality”. The processes and exercises will guide you toward living your inspired, self-motivated, purpose-filled life.

Now you’re ready to release move out of your comfort zone and call forth the limitations lurking in the inner temple (your body), and learn to break them up and out — consistently! The main powerful exercises are from tantra practices.
Step into self-realization and “owning” your power. (We compare the well-known women out there that own their identities: Beyonce, Madonna, Marianne Williamson, Oprah…we all have our own unique expression and persona — how we freely express them determines the way the universe responds to us.) 

Stand in your fully-empowered leadership and create a goal/project to step forward with in service: philanthropic, business-oriented, and/or personal. A series of exercises are built around commitment, and you walking firmly, yet softly into your greatest service.

MEET HEMALAYAA

I started my journey into entrepreneurship about 25 years ago, but it took me about 15 years to realize that I was a business owner. I wasn’t working towards having a business, I was simply working as an artist, putting my creative energy out into the world for others to engage with. I spent my time going from gig to gig, giving it everything that I could offer, and then walking away from it without another thought. It wasn’t until later that I realized that I wanted more. I wanted to support my students who had a thirst for knowledge. I wanted to grow this into something that I could be proud to call my business. 

Once a realization is made, it’s human nature to err way to far in the opposite direction, and that’s exactly what I did. I went from “nothing close to a business” to “hard core work-aholic” and in no time at all, I was completely burnt out. I was traveling all over the world, serving my mission and spreading my message, but I forgot to pay attention to myself. I was ignoring my temple (my body, mind and spirit) to degrees that surprised me. When I stopped to pay attention I found that I wasn’t exercising enough even while I was teaching yoga – how inauthentic is that?!

I started to feel my body get depleted. I had too many days where I had low energy and I felt a little depressed. The big wake up call came when I found out that I had uterine fibroids. This is a pretty common thing, but I took it pretty hard. It triggered me down to my core femininity. It was time to make a change. I realized that I was not doing enough self-care and self-love with the amount of output I was giving to students, to my business, to my friends, family, and to the world.

Being a giver means giving to ourselves just as much as we give to others, or if it calls for it, even more. It’s the only way we can sustain our passion and keep surviving our purpose and our mission. As a leader, we owe it to those we lead to take care of ourselves. I had become so focused on giving that I forgot about my own practice and my own body and ended up in a spot where I wasn’t able to give anymore. 

This is something that happens so often to the power-house, visionary women of the world. Being purpose-driven and mission-centered is a beautiful thing, but it’s easy to forget to take care of ourselves in the process. We forget about giving ourselves what we need in order to serve on that level. 

That is what led me to create and share The EMBODY Leadership Mastermind. If you’re still reading, you can probably relate to my story and I desperately want to share this with you. I can’t tell you how live changing it has been for me – to find balance and health while still pursuing my passion. The EMBODY Leadership Mastermind will show you not only what it takes to serve and make a huge impact on the world, but also to experience self-care and self-love while you are producing real results for your business. Stay motivated in your work and your creativity, find a way to offer your service to the world, and keep your healthy self at the center of all of it. 

Self-care is self love! Don’t wait until you are sick to take care of yourself, like I did. I’m hoping that powerful, passionate women can learn from my experience. We are radiant, free, sensual, present and connected, and The EMBODY Leadership Mastermind will bring that out in all of us.
