The energy from a healthy breakfast can carry you through your morning in a more stable way than by eating stimulating foods such as sweets and coffee. My favorite! Goat yogurt, spirulina, chlorella, hemp seeds, dates, soaked goji berries, soaked almonds, blue berries and raspberries.
